JJ was awesome, came promptly and assisted with tire changed. Advised and helped with spare tire being inflated properly. Great job.

JJ was great! came promptly to change tire and pointed out that the key to the Wheelock had been damaged by use of hydraulic tool. He did it manually and showed us how to get a spare.

Blew a tire out on Long Mtn Pkwy and had to have the Park Police contact a tow to come out for service. JJ showed up and made the attempt, but had to tow it to my service provider as neither of us had the proper socket to fit the lugs (my fault, not his). He was professional and courteous, and even gave me some advice which I plan on following up on. Thanks to him, I wasn't stuck for long. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling in that area that breaks down. Thanks, JJ!

JJ was the most amazing man that I could ever hope for forgiving me a jumpstart! He was very caring and thoughtful, and he did a thorough inspection of my car. He knew what to do immediately, and he gave me detailed instructions as to how to proceed to make sure I would be safe and taken care of. He was so kind and generous with his time, and I would be happy to see him again if anything else goes wrong with my car! 🙂

I called AAA because on my way to a funeral I got a flat tire, but was lucky to make it into their parking lot. JJ came in less then a 1/2 hour and he was awesome!!
